The Pittsfield Suns (26-22-1) had a hard time hitting and pitching and couldn't handle The Worcester Bravehearts (21-25) by way of a 7-2 loss.

Rafael Bournigal got the scoring going in the 3rd with an RBI double, right before the Bravehearts would explode for 5 in the 5th. Pat Demarco had an RBI double, Brian Goulard a 2 RBI single, and Dante Ricciardi with a 2 RBI single as well plated 5 in the 5th.

Suns would get a run on the board by a base on balls to Andre Marrero in the bottom frame, but Worcester would get it right back in the 6th with a Brett Coffel RBI double. Suns would score one more as Greg Cavaliere took home on a wild pitch in the 9th.

Justin Willis (2-1) got the win with a quality start. Izaiya Mestre (0-1) got the loss. Tyler Lonestar notched his second save of the season in a three inning scenario.

The Elser Animal Control Pest Player of the Game went to Greg Cavaliere, who went 3-5 with a triple, stolen base, and 2 runs
